We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
You will be responsible for creating and planning new added value for the next generation of large scale integrated ECUs and the differentiating technologies that will make this possible.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Survey and analysis of future customer needs and product value
・Survey and analysis of information on the forefront of mobility technology innovation in the U.S., China, and elsewhere
・Survey and analysis of product and technology trends in a wide range of industries, including robotics, AI servers, and aerospace
・Building a systematic and comprehensive search environment for patent information, including articles, utilizing AI generation
Technology planning that leads to product competitiveness
・Creation of new technologies through joint research with client automakers
・Development of technologies that actively incorporate seed technologies from universities and research institutes
・Promotion of technology planning activities in collaboration with internal and external specialized units
・Planning of sustainable products and technologies from new angles such as circular economy Planning of sustainable products and technologies from new perspectives, such as the circular economy

- Requirements
- Experience in product planning, technical planning, technical development, product design, quality assurance, production engineering, etc. of electronics hardware (circuits/semiconductors/electronic components/mounting/housing)

- Preferred
Experience in the automotive electronics industry
- English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or above, or equivalent, to discuss and obtain advanced and specialized information from various industries in Europe, the U.S., and China).
