Facing the actual conditions and transportation issues that differ from region to region, the company will take on the challenge of realizing sustainable regional transportation while combining solutions such as DXing cabs that can be provided, support team schemes, Japanese version of ride-sharing, public ride-sharing, and carpooling.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Development and promotion of regional transportation strategies and local marketing strategies
    Design measures based on regional characteristics to improve the transportation environment and promote GO use.
    On-site response as a player
    Through business trips and visits to the region, take responsibility for on-site business negotiations, follow-up, and relationship building
    ・Build medium- to long-term relationships with various stakeholders and hear about issues
    Build relationships of trust with cab operators, local governments, transportation operators, tourist associations, etc., and understand transportation issues from multiple perspectives. We understand transportation issues from multiple perspectives.
    Propose and support the introduction and use of hardware and new products
    We will introduce and support the use of various GO products and functions according to the needs of each region.
    Compilation of proposals for service improvement and internal collaboration
    Organize feedback and issues obtained in the field and link them to service improvement in collaboration with the internal development and planning teams.
  • Requirements
    Experience in business planning and business development
    Experience in not only conceptualizing products and services, but also understanding customer issues, implementing, proposing, implementing and following up on them
    Experience in promoting projects by involving multiple stakeholders
    ・Ability to work light on footwork with an emphasis on building trust in the field
    Willingness to travel and interact with clients in the local area Willingness to travel to local areas and engage in on-site dialogue
  • Preferred
    Able to obtain, systematically organize, and understand a wide range of information on the market, customers, competitors, etc.
