The company is currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-automotive business (FA/agriculture)].

This position is for the promotion and introduction of digital technology to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency toward the realization of unmanned factories. This position will be responsible for the planning and implementation of DX/AI concepts for data-driven factories using digital engineering and data science for factory transformation.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Planning of factory digitalization concept
    ■Planning and promotion of projects to create new value through data utilization
    ・Improvement of business quality - AI agent development by utilizing basic models
    ・Improvement of inspection quality - Appearance inspection application development by utilizing deep learning
    ・Reduction of maintenance costs ・Factory optimization - Optimization application development by utilizing mathematical optimization
  • Requirements
    Project experience related to DX/AI
    - Project experience related to system development
  • Preferred
    Experience in system development and leadership of DX/AI promotion projects
    - Experience in machine learning
    - Experience in application development using cloud
    - Experience in application development using Python and other programming languages
    - English proficiency (TOEIC score 400 or above or continuous improvement)
