We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
You will be involved in tasks ranging from application specification studies for automated driving and advanced driver assistance systems to software implementation and actual vehicle evaluations.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Communication with customers and related departments
・HW resource management, application requirement management, scheduling design/verification
・Core function placement study in SoC, IF management between SWCs
・Analysis of measurement logs from actual ECUs and actual vehicles, failure analysis
■Development tools/environment
Matlab, Simulink, C/C++
Python, configuration management tools (Git, SVN, etc.), JIRA

- Requirements
- Experience in any of the following:
- Experience in basic design of applications and systems
- Experience in software development or embedded programming development
- Basic knowledge of ADAS functions (overview of ADAS functions, sensing technology)
- Familiarity with high school level mathematics and physics
- Experience in development projects or team Experience in schedule management and management at the development project or team level
・Leadership experience in development in a team (5 people or more)
・Experience in development of mass production products or knowledge of processes

- Preferred
- Experience in any of the following:
- Experience negotiating with customers
- Experience in product development and mass production launch in the automotive industry
- Experience in establishing product performance targets and evaluation methods
- Experience in ADAS application design
- Knowledge of control engineering and automotive motion engineering
- Basic awareness of image sensors and millimeter wave radar
Knowledge of automotive regulations/assessments
- Experience in building evaluation environments on actual equipment and simulators
