In anticipation of rapid business expansion in the future, you will be responsible for improving the reliability and safety of our products by preparing infrastructure infrastructure and operational systems for scale.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Improvement of stability of control servers for IoT devices such as mobile and web apps for users and internal staff, and vehicles
    - Establishment and improvement of metrics and measurement environment for effective operation of SLO
    - Development of monitoring for fault detection and establishment and automation of a system for recovery and transmission
    Performance improvement of speed and cost through database tuning and modification of infrastructure infrastructure
  • Requirements
    -Experience in developing back-end applications
    -Experience in working with non-functional requirements (performance testing, performance tuning, etc.)
    -Experience in leading projects (large or small, including experience as a research project or Individual Contributor)
    -In-house products Work experience with AWS, GoogleCloud, or other infrastructure operations in a development company
  • Preferred
    Experience in product operation with Firebase as full backend
    - Experience in architectural design or operation of large traffic services
    - Experience in migration from monolith to microservices
    - Experience in migration from KVS to RDB or vice versa
    - Experience in technical management as Tech Lead Experience in technical management as a Tech Lead
    ・Experience in managing/working with overseas engineers
    ・Server side development and design using Node.js, Go, Ruby, etc.
    ・Understanding of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
    ・Database design and performance tuning
    ・IoT General understanding of device/hardware layers
    ・Degree in Computer Science
    ・Understanding of various communication methods and protocols such as TCP, BLE, MQTT
    ・English conversation at business level
