Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Analyze functional safety requirements of each customer in the development of vehicle models, and perform safety design evaluation and development with the project team
    - Analytical methods such as FTA, FMEA, etc., and requirements management
    - Support functional and software development in collaboration with other global departments, review development deliverables, and check evaluation results
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in design and development (both hardware and software)
    ・JLPT N1 or above...Japanese language skills at a level that does not make customers take it into consideration. Able to explain technical matters verbally and exchange e-mails.
    ・English ability to switch to English conversation at any time OR Enthusiasm and ambition to continue learning toward TOEIC 600 or above.
    ・Communication skills with customers and relevant internal departments.
    ・Independence and teamwork skills
  • Preferred
    Experience in system and software development
    - Experience working in the automotive industry
    - Experience in control software development
    - Experience in developing electronic control systems for cars/motorbikes
    - Knowledge and experience in the field of functional safety (ISO 26262 and others)
    - Knowledge and experience in analytical methods such as FTA or FMEA and requirements management
