Mission :
-Oversee and optimize PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process management.
-Ensure new vehicle quality by providing operational support to PDI
-Identify and clarify defect root causes, whether originating from production or transportation processes.
-Enhance overall production quality through structured reporting to the manufacturer's relevant departments and by reviewing or validating required documentation. .
-Coordinate and facilitate direct communication or technical workshops with the manufacturer to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- 1. PDI Management
Manage PDI quality control-including exterior, interior, and mechanical functions-in coordination with the PDI service provider. provider.
Drive quality improvement by reporting PDI- and dealer-based findings to the manufacturer, including KPI tracking and evaluation.
Procure necessary parts for repair vehicles to support wholesale targets.
Support the PDI service provider in improving productivity and executing the planned PDI vehicle volume.
Report key PDI process KPIs (vehicle intake/output, repair vehicle counts).
Review, request clarification, and revise new-vehicle quality standards with the manufacturer as needed.
Quality Management
Request quality improvements from relevant manufacturing and supply-chain departments-covering production and transportation processes processes-to ensure vehicles meet required quality levels at each checkpoint.

Report quality issues and corrective actions from both PDI operations and dealers to local management.

- Requirements
- -Degree in automotive or mechanical area, or completion of technical high school level.
-Japanese
-English: intermediate
- Good PC skills and familiar with
applications.
- Familiarity with vehicle diagnosis equipment.
- Leadership to manage PDI service provider and team
members
- A team player
- Highly orientated to results and strong problem-solving
skills
