Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Planning and management of cross-functional campaigns in collaboration with PR, product, and sales departments, projects that cross industry-government-private sector boundaries and involve many external stakeholders, demonstration experiments, and projects conducted in collaboration with academic societies, etc.
In accordance with the objectives of each measure for which you are in charge, you will be responsible for a series of tasks from designing KPIs and formulating measures to achieve them, to coordination and collaboration with related parties, to execution, and to review and analysis.

- Requirements
- ・Experience in marketing at an advertising agency, PR agency, or business company with toC services (approx. 5+ years)
・Experience in project management of cross-functional, stakeholder-intensive projects
・Experience in conducting logical and quantitative hypothesis testing, including designing appropriate metrics, to advance and Experience in implementing marketing initiatives
■Skills
- Ability to drive commitment to business goals and planning and execution of promotions
- Backwards thinking from objectives
- Strong leadership and cross-functional execution skills to realize strategies
- Flexibility to respond to changing markets and businesses with a sense of speed
Numbers/data-driven thinking and ability to translate into strategy and execution

- Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders
