Field Operation Department is a division consisting of Field Operation Team (vehicle charging and repositioning), Repair and Maintenance Team.
We are constantly challenging ourselves to maintain and improve our service level so that users can ride their vehicles safely and comfortably.
Among them, the Field Operation Team is responsible for the daily maintenance of vehicle placement and recharging in each area (Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kyoto) and plays a fundamental role in supporting
