Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Handle different channels of support for end users in Japan across the automotive dealer sector
    Use and develop the knowledge base and continue to grow through online training through online training
    Communicate effectively and efficiently both internally and externally
    Record all communication with users in the online ticketing system ticketing system
  • Requirements
    Customer Service and Problem Solving skills
    Strong written and oral communication skills
    Highly motivated to learn and grow
    Fluent in Japanese and English
