It is a start-up company that provides sharing services for electric kickboards and electric bicycles with the aim of popularizing micromobility.
Stations are set up mainly in urban areas to make short-distance travel easy and efficient.
It is easily available through a dedicated app and is attracting attention as a sustainable means of transportation.
We are developing sustainable mobility services that reduce environmental impact and solve urban transportation issues, as well as local transportation issues.

You will define the "ideal state" of service quality, design business processes to achieve it, and build a system to monitor quality on a daily basis. With a data-driven approach, you will lead the planning, design, and improvement to improve the quality of your operations.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Definition of quality standards, standardization
    of business processes, vehicle safety, reliability, service level, and definition of quality standards that are the foundation of business.
    ・Based on defined standards, we manage business assets such as vehicles, batteries, and ports (bases), and formulate and document SOPs (standard operating procedures) related to on-site operations, and promote their establishment in the field.
    ■ Establishment, operation
    , and key KPIs for objectively measuring service levels of the quality monitoring system, and by constantly monitoring trends, we have established a system to detect quality anomalies at an early stage.
    ・We have designed and operated a system to audit whether the formulated process is being executed according to the standards from both data and the site.
    ■Based on continuous process improvement
    and data analysis, identify the root causes of failure to meet KPIs and operational issues, and formulate and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
    ・Plan and promote cross-departmental improvement projects to dramatically improve service quality and operational efficiency.
    ■Partner management
    Clearly define the quality level (SLA) required of external partners (BPOs, subcontractors), and manage and improve their performance.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in one of the following at an operating company with physical assets and on-site operations such as logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, MaaS, etc. (estimated 3 years or more)
    ・Experience in business process improvement
    ・Quality control, quality assurance
    , production management
    , SOP (standard operating procedure) creation, deployment, and on-site experience
    ・Data extraction and analysis skills using SQL, etc., and ability to visualize and report issues using BI tools
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in analyzing and managing operational costs or cost-reduction projects ・Experience
    in introducing new processes and systems to promote behavior change in the workplace and establish them in the organization ・Experience in practical
    systematic improvement methods such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and Lean ・Experience
    in quality control and auditing of external vendors ・Project management skills
