  • Responsibilities
    【Business Description】
    1. Project management
    → Acquisition of license plates and promotion and management
    of public road tests (demonstration experiments) through ROBOBUS certification and vehicle inspection 2. Vehicle assembly and maintenance and public road test operations
    →Assembly and adjustment of ROBOBUS prototype vehicles, inspection of completed vehicles, and operation and problem response

    autonomous driving unmanned logistics vehicles and projects, from initial planning to mass production delivery.
    Preparation and scheduling of license application materials for autonomous driving vehicles.
    Planned unmanned retail vehicles, negotiated with suppliers in cooperation with sales, and formulated an operation plan in Japan. Created operation and training manuals and revised the content through implementation.
    Coordinate resources and work with development and sales to solve project issues. Progress management and risk identification are carried out.
    Communicate regularly with customers and headquarters to report progress and communicate information promptly.
    Manage project planning, quality, and cost, coordinate and resolve risks. Ensure efficient delivery and meet your goals.
    Manage project related personnel and establish a communication system to promote project execution.
    Helping to improve project processes and building an efficient management system. Improve the execution efficiency of team members.
  • Requirements
    【Prerequisites】
    ・At least 2 years of project management experience
    in the software or IT field ・Able to use
    basic business software (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) ・Accurate and timely status reporting
