The position is highly hands-on and suited to a startup environment, requiring both execution and leadership. In addition to managing day-to-day corporate operations, this role plays a key part in building scalable processes, strengthening internal controls, and supporting future growth, including preparation for potential IPO readiness.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Lead core corporate operations including accounting, finance, tax, labor administration, and government grants. Oversee monthly and annual closing, account judgment, cost and project-based accounting, cash flow monitoring, and coordination with external accounting and tax advisors, while managing labor-related processes in collaboration with external specialists.
Supervise grant and subsidy applications and post-award management, oversee export-related administrative operations and regulatory compliance, support internal security, quality, and certification initiatives, improve internal workflows and documentation, conduct first-level reviews of contracts and applications, and support organizational readiness for future IPO preparation.

- Requirements
- -3+ years of practical accounting experience at an operating company or accounting firm
-Experience beyond data entry, including account classification, monthly closing, and/or annual closing
-Experience using accounting software
-High level of accuracy and comfort working with numerical data
-Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across departments

- Preferred
- -Experience with government grants, subsidies, or research funding
-Hands-on experience with grant applications, reporting, and supporting documentation
-Experience with IPO preparation or working in a publicly listed company
-Practical experience in labor administration, including payroll-related processes, social insurance procedures, or work rule development
-English proficiency sufficient for reading, writing, and business email communication
-Experience communicating with overseas investors or partners
