We support market strategy, business planning, and dealer engagement with commercial vehicles in our region. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely forecasting, operational efficiency, and the achievement of business plans and marketing goals.

You will support the implementation of market strategies, business plans, and distributor engagement for commercial vehicles across assigned territories. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely forecasting, operational efficiency, and achievement of business plan and marketing goals.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Execution of market strategy and monitoring of goals
    • Coordinate with regional offices to assist in the execution of market management strategies and annual business goals.
    - Utilize market tools and dashboards to monitor trends and identify performance gaps.
    - Assist in the creation and progress management of business plans (BP) and monthly rolling forecasts (FC).
    - Identify growth opportunities in untapped areas of the market and application-specific segments under the guidance of our Head of Market Management.
    ■Coordinate
    markets and operations, manage day-to-day operations related to regional performance, regional offices, distributor inquiries, and internal communications.
    - Monitor competitor trends and customer trends and provide insights to regional leadership teams.
    ■ Forecasting and order management
    , cooperation with related organizations Training of GD (customer development manager) to submit monthly forecasts in a timely manner.
    - Work with regional offices and distributors to ensure timely submission of monthly forecasts.
    - Track order pipelines, shipment status, and backlogs to identify and resolve discrepancies.
    - Perform approval documents for volume allocation and shipment planning.
    ■ Support the planning and development of marketing campaigns, measures
    , and market promotion campaigns and go-to-market measures.
    - Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback from regional offices, distributors, and customers.
    ■ Report creation and analysis
    : Creation of regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for review.
    - Collect and analyze key data such as sales, market share, distributor KPIs, and competitive trends, and use them for performance reviews.
    ■ Ensure that compliance, departmental cooperation
    , internal reports, and related documents comply with internal policies and guidelines.
    - Collaborate with other departments such as after-sales, product management, and finance to help achieve business goals.

    ■Market Strategy Execution Target Monitoring
    ・ Support the implementation of market management strategies and annual business targets with regional offices
    ・ Utilize market tools and dashboards to monitor trends and identify performance gaps.
    ・ Assist in the preparation and tracking of the Business Plan (BP) and Monthly Rolling Forecast (FC).
    ・ Contribute to identifying growth opportunities in white spots and application segments under the guidance of the Head of Market Management.
    ■ Market Operational Coordination
    ・Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to territory performance, regional office, distributor inquiries, and internal communications.
    ・Monitor competitor activities and customer trends, providing insights to the regional leadership team.
    ■ Forecasting Order Management
    ・Assist in planning and roll-out of market promotion campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
    ・Coordinate with regional offices and GDs to ensure timely submission of monthly forecasts.
    ・Track order pipeline, shipments, and backlog; identify discrepancies and support resolution efforts.
    ・ Execute documentation for approvals related to volume allocation and shipment planning.
    ■Marketing Campaigns Initiatives
    ・Assist in the planning and execution of market promotion campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
    ・Monitor campaign performance and collect feedback from regional offices, distributors, and customers.
    ■ Reporting Analysis
    ・Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
    ・ Gather and analyze data across key areas including sales, market share, distributor KPIs, and competitor activities for performance reviews.
    ■ Compliance Cross-Functional Collaboration
    ・Ensure all documentation and internal reporting comply with company policies and guidelines.
    ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as After Sales, Product Management, and Finance to support business objectives.
  • Requirements
    ■Qualifications
    ・Bachelor's degree
    in business, marketing, engineering, or related field ・3~5 years of sales experience
    in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related B2B sectors ・Strong interest in
    global markets, mobility solutions・Experience in distributor management, sales coordination, or market operations
    ・Ability
    to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment ・Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and ability
    to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment ■Skills and Competencies
    ・Knowledge of automotive and commercial vehicle product categories (from light vehicles to heavy-duty vehicles), industry experience

    ・Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and capability to work across departments in a multicultural setting

    ・Knowledge and industry experience in automotive and commercial vehicle product categories (from light vehicles to heavy-duty trucks and bus)
    ・Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
