We are in charge of development tests, certification tests, and acceptance tests of rocket mounted parts.
You can have a wide range of experience from test plan planning to assembly, wiring, measurement, and data evaluation, and can be involved in advanced testing using specialized equipment such as vibration, thermal vacuum, cryogenic temperature, and EMC.
Depending on your experience, you will be assigned to environmental testing, mechanisms, structures, electrical, avionics, propulsion systems, etc.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and implementation
    of various tests (development, certification, and acceptance) of rocket mounted parts, test work such as assembly, wiring, and measurement, as well as evaluation and reporting of test data, evaluation and preparation
    of test data, performance and strength evaluation
    of
    operating mechanisms, structures, electrical, and propulsion system components of environmental test equipment such as vibration, thermal vacuum, cryogenic temperature, and EMC. Test fixtures/environment construction, standardization of procedures, and support for safety management
  • Requirements
    One of the following 1-3

    1. Experience
    in product evaluation testing, product design in the manufacturing industry or product evaluation testing experience
    (automobiles, robots, electronic equipment, ships, rockets, aircraft, satellites, etc.),
    experience in selecting and handling
    various sensors/measuring equipment (pressure, strain, displacement, temperature, acceleration, etc.),
    practical experience
    at the test site (tool work, wiring work, Signal measurement, etc.)

    2. Experience
    in operating environmental testing equipment Experience in environmental resistance testing and equipment operation in one of the following conditions:
    ・Vibration test (vibration tester),
    thermal cycle test (constant temperature and humidity chamber),
    thermal vacuum test (vacuum chamber),
    cryogenic test (liquid nitrogen, etc.),
    EMC test (anechoic chamber),
    acoustic test (echo chamber)

    3. Experience in high-pressure gas trial operation (qualification holder)
    / High-pressure gas production safety officer (Class A/B/C) qualification
    , practical experience in test planning, safety management, and equipment operation using high-pressure gas
