This position promotes the improvement of personnel systems and personnel processes in the Japan region. We are involved in the operation and improvement of personnel systems, HR work efficiency projects, and HR system renovation projects, and support the sophistication of HR functions throughout the organization.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Operation and improvement
    of the human resources system in Japan, system guidance for HR personnel and line managers,
    participation
    in the HR operations efficiency project, participation in the HR-related system renovation project,
    and promotion of measures to improve the human resources process
  • Requirements
    At least 3 years of experience
    in human resources and labor affairs Practical experience
    in personnel system planning Basic knowledge
    of HR operations and labor law Basic skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Preferred
    Experience in
    personnel planning work Experience in introducing or operating personnel systems (payroll, human resources, attendance, etc.)
