This position leads system-level development of automotive energy management solutions, with a focus on on-board charger (OBC) systems. Acting as the key technical interface for a Japanese OEM, you will guide global engineering teams to deliver high-quality, customer-compliant products.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Act as the main technical interface with the customer (JOEM)
    Define system requirements and architecture for OBC systems
    Lead coordination with global development teams
    Drive validation, testing, and issue resolution
    Ensure delivery in line with quality, cost, and timeline targets
  • Requirements
    Experience in OBC (On-Board Charger) system development
    Automotive system engineering experience
    Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of power electronics (charging systems, inverters, etc.)
    Experience working with Japanese OEMs
    Experience in global development environments
