In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
While various knowledge is required, such as collaboration between vehicles and the cloud, generative AI, vision-based AI, and agent AI, you will lead the overall design of vision models such as ViT/VLM, which are the core of automotive AI, the overall design of automotive AI agents including multimodal AI, LLM/SLM, and the development of cloud collaboration platforms.

- Responsibilities
- - Architectural design
of in-vehicle AI - Design of the entire in-vehicle AI, including vision models such as ViT/VLM, multimodal AI, and LLM agents. Specification formulation
with an eye on inference, judgment, control, and UX linkage, AI model development, learning, and optimization (MLOps infrastructure construction),
data collection, preprocessing, learning, and evaluation design. Model sophistication based on edge implementation, such as distillation, quantization, and inference optimization. Experiment management, model versioning, and automatic evaluation environment.
・Establishment of a platform for collecting and utilizing in-vehicle data. Image/audio/vehicle data collection and analysis. Building a data analysis platform and an ActiveLearning platform using market data.
・Design and operation of cloud-linked AI platforms, design of learning pipelines on the cloud, construction of DevOps environments
including CI/CD/OTA linkage, and promotion of actual vehicle evaluation and improvement cycles. Specification adjustment across software, hardware, and cloud. Performance evaluation and improvement through actual vehicle verification.
・Exploration of the latest AI technology and creation of intellectual property. Survey of the latest algorithm trends. Examination of automotive applications and creation of patents. Exploration of AI-related technologies in the world and their application to in-vehicle applications

- Requirements
- ・Data analysis and machine learning: Experience in Python development (at least 1 year), libraries used: NumPy, Pandas, Plotly, scikit-learn, statsmodels, Optuna, etc., capable of data analysis and output using statistical methods.
・Those who have experience in model development (more than 1 year) and can handle a series of processes from design, learning, evaluation, and deployment.
・Development tools: Those who can use all common development tools such as Git/GitHub, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD, and those who can build and operate machine learning pipelines, and manage experiments using MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.
・Those who understand basic algorithms such as algorithm understanding, regression, classification, and time series, and are able to create, select, and tune models. Deep learning-related, development experience (at least 1 year)
・Those who can implement scratch with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
・Experience in implementing image recognition, multimodal models, optimization, and reinforcement learning is a
plus ・Those who can utilize LLM-based libraries. Experience in prompt engineering and RAG implementation, such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain, etc.
・Infrastructure-related: The above environments can be built and implemented in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
・Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and information processing (graduate school graduate level)
