You will be in charge of early manifestation and resolution of defects using market quality information and telema data. In collaboration with the R and manufacturing departments, overseas bases, and business partners, we promote quality improvement and defect resolution to deliver quality that exceeds expectations in new businesses (electrification) and natural quality in existing businesses (ICE and HEV).

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Collection and analysis
    of market defect information, collection of defect information
    from domestic and overseas sales companies, analysis of occurrence status and occurrence trends
    , analysis
    using information aggregated in internal service departments and internal terminals, detection of specificity and estimation of occurrence mechanism by big data analysis

    ■Analyze and countermeasure
    defective parts and controls, analyze defective parts, investigate
    control systems, develop, manufacture, and cooperate with the supplier quality departments to investigate
    the cause, apply countermeasures, promote
    recurrence prevention activities, and briefly report the results of the analysis to the internal service department and the department in charge of external relations.

    ■Various procedures for consideration, promotion
    , prediction of occurrence, determination
    of the necessity of handling already sold vehicles by verification of predictability, preparation of technical reports and reports
    to each meeting body, presentation
    of market repair methods and improvement measures, and notification to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism

    ■Internal and external collaboration, reporting, and improvement activities (strengthening the system for information sharing and recurrence prevention),
    establishment and promotion
    of an early response system involving related departments, dissemination of information to the product development department, feedback
    , and construction of analysis methods corresponding to new technologies and systems
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in experimenting, evaluating, and analyzing industrial products based on mechanical/electrical engineering *Experience in analysis other than automobiles is welcome
    ・Experience in analysis of software and electronic circuits
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in data processing/analysis based on probability and statistics ・Experience
    in CAN analysis tools such as INCA and CANOE, tools such as MATLAB and Phyton, and experience in promoting operational efficiency and business improvement using AI
