Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    (1) New product launch strategy planning: Product marketing policy formulation, message development, and annual planning
    based on EMT's brand purpose (2) Promotion planning: Online/offline integrated promotion planning and execution (advertising, events, SNS operation, etc.)
    (3) Dealer marketing: Sales promotion planning and execution support
    with dealer stores (4) KPI Management/PDCA: Setting, analysis, and improvement proposals for key KPIs such as awareness rate and number of leads
  • Requirements
    ・ Practical experience in marketing in the Japanese market for automobiles, mobility, or durable consumer goods (5 years or more)
    ・ Experience
    in negotiation and direction with advertising agencies/production companies ・ Those who can move marketing digitally or in real life
  • Preferred
    Language: Japanese at Native level, Chinese or English (Business Conversation level)
