A European premium automotive importer is looking for a VPC specialist who is responsible for ensuring vehicle quality and delivery readiness by supervising inspections, technical repairs, and supplier operations at the Vehicle Processing Center. The role also acts as a technical interface between suppliers, HQ, ensuring accurate data control and timely vehicle delivery.

This position is responsible for ensuring vehicle quality and delivery readiness at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) through vehicle inspections, technical repairs, and supervision of supplier operations. It also serves as a technical point of contact between suppliers and headquarters, supporting accurate data management and timely vehicle deliveries.

- Responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities
- Conduct new car completion inspections and supervise inspection activities performed by suppliers
- Provide technical coordination and support for vehicle defects that cannot be resolved by VPC or outsourced partners
- Collect, analyze, and report vehicle defect and quality data
- Supervise suppliers to ensure adherence to vehicle delivery schedules and proactively manage delays
- Manage and verify JOB/WWS data related to warranty matters within internal systems

- New car completion inspection / supplier supervision: 30%
- Technical support and coordination on unresolved vehicle defects: 30%
- Collection and feedback of defect and quality information: 10%
- Management of PDI vehicle status and delivery scheduling: 25%
- JOB/WWS verification and warranty-related system support: 5%
**Main Duties**
* Conduct new vehicle completion inspections and supervise
supplier inspection work * Provide technical coordination and support

- Requirements
- * Major in Automotive Engineering or related field such as automotive mechanic
* Solid knowledge of automotive engineering and the automotive industry
* Practical experience in Homologation and/or PDI operations is welcomed
* Automotive repair license is highly preferred
* Experience working in both Japanese and English environments
