You will be responsible for the operation of the technical service area for swappable batteries and swap stations, as well as planning and operation in the after-sales service area.

Job Description

Responsibilities

■ Collect and disseminate market quality information, promote
the application of measures for critical quality issues, and collaborate with development, production, and quality departments and national offices to quickly identify quality issues arising in the market. You will proactively lead problem-solving by involving stakeholders.

■ Building
an after-sales service system for BaaS business We plan and build globally recognized after-sales service systems in collaboration with business and sales departments and regional subsidiaries. This role involves in-house designing and improving the entire operation, including failure response and preventive maintenance using data.
Requirements

Practical experience in after-sales service or quality-related work (approximately: 3 years or more)
*Experience outside the mobility industry, such as home appliance or electronics manufacturers, is also welcome.
Preferred

・Experience in design, development, production technology, purchasing, after-sales service (maintenance), market quality operations, etc
. in the mobility industry ・English proficiency (about TOEIC500 points)
