This role is responsible for driving strategic business growth and account management activities with major 2-wheeler OEM customers. The position focuses on strengthening customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting long-term growth strategies for advanced cockpit electronics and mobility solutions.
The role works closely with cross-functional global teams and acts as a key commercial interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with major 2W OEM customers
Develop and execute long-term account and sales strategies
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with customer roadmaps
Lead commercial discussions and support achievement of financial targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate with engineering, program management, and global teams for successful project execution
Support communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Drive business growth for cockpit electronics and related mobility solutions

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of automotive Tier-1 sales experience
Experience working with 2W OEM customers
Knowledge of cockpit electronics or related automotive electronics products
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Business-level Japanese and English

- Experience with 2W-specific electronics products
Experience in global or multinational environments
Strategic account management or business development experience
Understanding of SDV, digital cockpit, or electrification technologies
