Depending on your experience and aptitude, you will be assigned to one of the following roles.
・External audits and internal audits related to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
・In-house training on QMS
・Process recurrence prevention

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    To strengthen the group's quality foundation, you will promote the creation of a system centered on QMS (Quality Management System).
    Specifically, we plan and implement internal QMS training, establish rules and standards related to quality, and handle various audits related to IATF16949 and ISO9001.
    You will also be involved in a wide range of tasks, including recurrence prevention activities to turn experience with quality issues into your next strength.
    This is a workplace where you can gradually take on various tasks and gain experience, while considering your own past experiences and future careers.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in quality-related operations in manufacturing (quality control, quality assurance, production management, etc.)
    ・Ability
    to promote operations while communicating smoothly with internal and external stakeholders ・Ability to identify improvement points from past cases and develop systems
  • Preferred
    ・Basic knowledge
    of ISO9001 or IATF16949 ・Experience in building, operating, and improving
    Quality Management Systems (QMS) ・Experience driving
    projects involving multiple organizations including group companies and overseas bases ・Experience planning and teaching internal quality training
    ・Building defect recurrence prevention processes, Experience
    in promoting horizontal expansion activities ・English proficiency (TOEIC500 or higher is welcome)
