A global manufacturer specializing in high‑performance braking systems for a wide range of vehicles. The company supplies products to many major automotive brands and is recognized worldwide for its technical expertise and strong presence in both consumer and motorsport markets.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical and quality contact for OEM customers from order acquisition through production launch.
You will coordinate customer requirements, support product development activities, manage quality-related topics, work closely with global engineering and manufacturing teams, and contribute to new business development through technical customer engagement.

- Responsibilities
- Customer Interface & Project Coordination
・Serve as the primary technical and quality contact from order acquisition through production launch.
・Coordinate customer requirements and expectations throughout the development process.
・Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
Product Development Support
・Support product development activities and project execution.
・Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and global teams.
・Ensure customer requirements are properly translated into development activities.
Quality Engineering & Assurance
・Support overall quality assurance activities.
・Coordinate quality-related investigations and issue resolution.
・Monitor quality performance throughout development and launch activities.
Global Coordination・Work
closely with overseas engineering, manufacturing, and quality organizations.
・Support customer visits to overseas manufacturing facilities.
・Coordinate activities across international teams.
Business Development Support
・Deliver technical presentations to customers.
・Support new business acquisition activities.
・Contribute to market share expansion through technical customer engagement.

- Requirements
- ・Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or quality role within the automotive industry.
・Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier.
・Experience coordinating with global teams and international stakeholders.
・Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
・Proactive and self-motivated personality.
・English communication ability (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent conversational level).
・Bachelor's degree or above.
