Mechanical Design Engineer – Arc Welding Systems (Requirements Definition & Project Management)

In particular, within the Design Marketing Division, we focus on 'customer-centric business activities,' promoting the creation of brand culture, developing new markets and businesses, maximizing existing businesses, and further enhancing the overall competitiveness of the company through strengthening UX design and modernizing marketing. Additionally, in the Planning Operations Division, Planning and Management Department, I continuously execute optimization of people, processes, and technology, and take on the role of leading company-wide transformation projects and organizational reforms. By introducing diverse career support systems and flexible work styles tailored to a global business environment, we have established a system where each employee can grow while contributing to solving social issues.

In the various manufacturing industries that support Japanese manufacturing, labor shortages are becoming increasingly severe, and the demand for labor-saving is growing ever stronger. The demand for our welding systems is especially high in the highly specialized and complex process areas we provide.
In this context, it is urgent to strengthen the concept and mechanical design that are the core of our systems, in order not only to achieve labor-saving that our customers need but also to continue delivering the value of our core welding process.
