We are a start-up company that introduces technology to an existing industry with a large market in Japan, and develops a platform business to support the efficiency and sophistication of after-sales service in the mobility field. We aim to transform the industry structure and create new value.
We are developing multiple businesses for individuals and corporations, all of which have completed their initial phases and are now in the phase of scaling up.
In addition to accelerating the growth of existing businesses, we are continuously working to launch new businesses.
In the medium to long term, we aim to establish a firm position in this area and grow to become a leading company in Asia.

You will be responsible for route sales and deep-cultivation sales to maintenance shops and corporate clients. This role emphasizes the stance of "going to meet customers first rather than thinking in front of a PC," gathering real issues on the ground and accelerating service penetration.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Regular visits to existing customers and partners: Mainly visit maintenance shops to build trust.
    ・Hearing on-site needs: Collecting real feedback such as difficulties when using the service and "This kind of function or talent I want."
    ・New acquisition and proposals: Quickly visit nearby offices to propose and support system implementation.
    ・Internal feedback: Share "useful information" obtained on-site with the business development team to improve the product.
  • Requirements
    ・Initiative and quick footwork: Those who are willing to go outside and meet many customers without hesitation.
    ・Communication skills: Able to get close to the other person and bring out their true feelings (interpersonal skills are prioritized over sales experience).
    ・Ordinary driver's license (AT-only): Required to explore the area.
    ・Empathy for the mission: A desire to improve the mobility industry.
  • Preferred
    ・Sales experience (industry not required; route sales and individual sales are welcome)
    ・Experience in customer service and sales and other person-to-person
    work ・Interest and curiosity
