As an infrastructure company supporting urban mobility, we operate a parking network boasting an overwhelming scale both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, the company is expanding new mobility services such as ride-sharing and car sharing, building a next-generation mobility infrastructure that connects people and cities, and is also developing various businesses including car rentals and related financial services.
In addition to a stable business foundation, we are actively engaged in developing new services utilizing digital technologies, and sustainable growth is expected. We are expanding globally beyond Japan, currently operating in seven countries including the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, providing an environment where we can take on large-scale challenges. You will be responsible for planning and developing services for new platform businesses. At the core of this initiative is the role of the "first business creator," who designs services themselves and scales them as a business, rather than just planning them. This position involves tackling untapped areas and redefining market value together with partners.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Planning and development lead
for platform services, market and customer analysis, target segment design
, service/business model design and
improvement ・PL design, KPI design, business growth scenario formulation
, service implementation and promotion
in collaboration with sales and operations departments ・Consideration of new service lineups (e.g., monthly service, dedicated parking lots, ancillary services, etc.)
・Design collaboration models with partner companies

- Requirements
- ・Experience in business planning at an IT or related company (approximately 2 years or more)
・Experience in business planning, service planning, or product management
・Experience
in business model design and revenue planning (from a PL perspective) ・Experience setting and driving
challenges independently under uncertain circumstances ・Experience leading projects while involving stakeholders

in new businesses (0→1/1→10) ・Understanding of data and platform businesses
・Experience collaborating with engineers (requirements definition, development coordination)
