This position is the "Content Strategy Leader and General Director," connecting marketing, sales, and technology departments to translate strategies into concrete initiatives.
Not only do we design and execute the right allocation of necessary content to the right targets at the right time in line with our business strategy, but we also determine the optimal allocation of resources for "what to do internally and what to outsource to external partners," and by "streamlining" the complex production workflow, you contribute to enhancing overall organizational productivity and appeal.

- Responsibilities
- ■ Design and Promote
Strategic Sales Enablement: Organize necessary content and design communication at each stage of the demand funnel/customer journey.
■ Closely collaborate with weapons development
sales and technical departments on the sales floor to identify on-site issues (causes of contract losses and difficult explanations). Planning proposals, competitor comparison tables, and demo scenarios to advance business negotiations goes beyond just introducing specs.
■ Comprehensive direction of content production and quality control
, optimizing decisions for both in-house and outsourced production. Bringing the production process to a clear stream. Asset standardization and efficiency.
■ Cross-departmental collaboration and capability
enhancement Cross-functional consensus building. Promoting knowledge sharing.

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience
in B2B marketing or related fields (sales planning, business planning, etc.), the ability
to structurally grasp customer issues and translate them into appeals and measures, the ability
to improve and explain using data and KPIs, communication skills
to collaborate with related departments and external partners, and management skills
to simultaneously promote multiple initiatives and projects ・The ability
to verbalize the need for change, gain empathy from those around you, and persistently drive changes in awareness and behavior across the organization ・English proficiency (sufficient to manage meetings, etc.)
