Bring the power of space to people around the world by taking on the final step of collecting satellite data and imagery. Your work will be to improve production and workflow of satellite data processing while maintaining the integrity of this critical information product. Ultimately, you will work with a very international team providing technical feedback and decisive decisions across a range of departments to eliminate errors, insure reliability, and optimize processes.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Oversee delivery processes and insure their reliability.
    -Analyze data products, consider feedback, and evaluate quality of workflows.
    -Push product quality and reliability to the next level by creating and executing improved workflows.
    -Develop new work flows and expansion processes for large amounts of satellite data as the team continues to grow.
    -Design tools for delivery processes, incident occurrences, and production quality and implement them into the pipeline.
  • Requirements
    -Advanced English language ability (this is a highly international industry and environment).
    -Strong experience or degree in a technical field.
    -Experience with programing and automations, especially in a team-based workflow.
    -An interest in systems and automations.
  • Preferred
    -Experience in the space industry or experience in a late-stage venture company.
    -Experience with containers, Linux, or cloud computing.
    -Japanese language ability is a plus but not required.
