Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Manager
    ・ Selection and implementation
    of security measures tools ・ Initial response to incidents (detection, reporting, containment, response)
    ・ Security-related index management (KRI, CVSS)
    ・ Compliance activities with global security standards

    ■SM (Senior Manager)
    ・Planning and implementing training programs, including those for overseas security personnel
    ・Providing incident response support and escalating incidents to stakeholders, including Toyota Motor Corporation, when incidents occur across the Group, including its subsidiaries

    ・Analyzing global security threats and gathering the latest information on countermeasures
    ・Establishing Group-wide security standards in accordance with regional regulations
    ・Team management within the headquarters organization (approximately 2–5 members)
    ・Leading medium- to large-scale projects as a Project Leader (PL)

    ■Lead
    ・Providing various reports and training for executive management
    ・In the event of a large-scale incident involving Group companies, overseeing incident response and managing escalations to relevant stakeholders

    ・Planning and formulating the Group’s security strategy from a medium- to long-term perspective
    ・Managing the Head Office security organization
    ・Providing advice and recommendations to the Group CEO, CISO, and CRO
    ・Managing the security budgets of Group companies
    ・Managing large-scale projects as the Project Owner (PO)
  • Requirements
    ■ Manager
    ・ English proficiency (about TOEIC700 points or higher, able to hold daily conversations in English)
    ・Basic knowledge of information systems, especially knowledge and experience in infrastructure such as networks ■

    SM (Senior Manager
    ) ・ English proficiency (about TOEIC700 points or higher, able to communicate in English in business settings )
    ・Experience as an information system development project member, especially practical experience as an infrastructure engineer is welcome

    ■ Senior manager
    ・English proficiency (about TOEIC700 points or higher, able to negotiate in English in business settings)
    ・Experience planning cybersecurity measures and management experience as an information systems development project
