We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].

You will understand and specify customer/vehicle requirements for powertrain ECUs.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Clarify "what meets to create value" and translate it into the conditions for ECU validity (performance, reliability, cost, mass production).
    ・Weak current circuit design (analog/digital)
    ・Component selection
    : We build "unbreakable and manufacturable" circuits for mass production, including microcontroller peripherals, I/O, sensor IF, communication IF, power supplies, and protection circuits (design to review to drawings and specification formulation)
    ・Prototyping to evaluation to reliability confirmation (building mass production quality)
    Bench evaluation / environment durability / EMC, etc. We eliminate problems early and produce reproducible forms through mass production.
    ・Integrated development
    with manufacturing, quality, and software/system departments: Rather than optimizing hardware alone, we achieve success by dividing labor with software/systems through integration. Handle specification alignment, change management, and issue management.

    ■ Instead of "selling out," we align with the vehicle's and regional strategies of customers at the forefront of "system proposals
    ," combining standardization elements (I/O, microcontrollers, reliability, functional safety, diagnostics, development tools, etc.) to drive proposals → FB→concept FIX.
  • Requirements
    -Experience working in the automotive industry
    -Experience in project management
    -Experience in the development and design of mechanical and electrical integrated products

    -Knowledge of refrigeration cycles
    -Experience in motor development and design
