You will align strategic policies related to business and develop necessary execution plans for operational improvements. We maintain close collaboration with specialized departments by industry and sector, as well as departments responsible for AI and system development, enabling cross-disciplinary support that leverages extensive knowledge.

- Responsibilities
- ・Solving management challenges across a wide range of industries and themes
・End-to-end consulting, from strategy formulation to implementation support
・Contributing to business growth, enhancing corporate value, and creating new customer experiences
・Providing career paths that enhance logical thinking, analytical skills, and expertise

- Requirements
- ・Experience
in business improvement (BPR) and DX promotion ・Experience in facilitation, logical thinking, and
documentation in IT-related projects ・Basic knowledge of IT architecture

- Preferred
- ・In-depth understanding and expertise in operations
・Experience with system implementation, requirements definition, and UAT (particularly experience implementing operations-related systems such as ServiceNow)
・Project management experience
・Ability to analyze customer challenges and independently develop solutions
