In the development of automotive systems, you will lead quality design from the early stages and the construction of a test engineering and automation platform where hardware and software are highly integrated.
By integrating expertise from a wide range of specialized fields including hardware, software, QA, and PdM, we build optimal development processes and test strategies. Our mission is not just to automate tests, but to create and execute plans to "build quality" from the early stages of development through CI/CD environment optimization and on-site verification approaches.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Construction of overall quality processes and test strategy
    planning ・ Collaborating with hardware engineers, software engineers, QA, and PdM to build
    quality design and verification plans from early development stages ・ Formulating
    full-stack test strategies covering Android OS/apps, in-vehicle devices (payment terminals, meters, etc.), networks, and location information ■ CI/ Improving
    development speed through CD platform construction and test automation ・Preventing and speeding
    up release cycle degradation by building CI infrastructure and improving operational workflows ・Planning and implementing
    E2E test automation and simulator/mock environments independent of actual devices ■ Practice
    of quality verification through multifaceted approaches ・Proposing and implementing
    flexible verification approaches that are not bound by existing frameworks (such as practicing "field tests" conducted in actual taxi vehicles)
    ・Visualization of test results and quality indicators (coverage, failure trends), and feedback

    to product/development processes [Development Environment]
    Programming language: Kotlin, TypeScript, SQL
    libraries, etc.: Android Jetpack, Kotlin coroutines, Appium, Firebase, GCP, BigQuery, etc.
    CI/CD ：Github Actions、Bitrise
  • Requirements
    Applicants
    must meet all of the following requirements: project management experience
    in development projects, experience developing Android apps (both professional and private),
    experience implementing
    automated testing, and experience using Git.
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in E2E test implementation of Android apps (such as Appium)
    ・Experience building and operating CI/CD environments ・Experience
    in quality assurance work ・Experience
    in hardware development ・Experience in public cloud operations
