- Responsibilities
- ■ We promote strategic architecture and
design the overall IT structure (enterprise architecture) based on governance and management strategies to support organizational growth.
・Establish operational rules (governance) to maintain consistency and efficiency in IT utilization across the entire organization.
・Promote the adoption of standardized tools and methods to improve operational efficiency and foster innovation.
■ Formulation
of migration plans and data strategies - We develop system migration plans that are scalable and robust, anticipating future business needs.
・We analyze the challenges of the current data structure and formulate smooth data migration strategies aligned with project objectives.
・Optimally integrate services and data systems to enhance operational agility and inter-system interoperability.
■ Stakeholder Collaboration and Risk Management
- We coordinate with each department to ensure that IT objectives align with those of the entire organization.
・We identify risks associated with system migration in advance and implement measures to ensure business continuity.
・Collaborate with IT teams to support decision-making that excels in security and performance.
■ Utilize the latest technologies and continuously improve
- Research industry trends and the newest solutions and reflect them in the IT roadmap.
・Document plans and recommendations to enhance transparency and align understanding within the organization.
・We regularly evaluate the progress of our initiatives and strive for continuous improvement for better operations.
■Strategic Architecture Promotion and Governance
Design the overall IT structure (Enterprise Architecture) based on business strategies to support organizational growth.

■Development of Migration Plans and Data Strategies
Develop comprehensive system migration plans focused on scalability and robustness to meet future business needs.
Analyze challenges within the current data architecture and formulate proactive data migration strategies aligned with project goals.
Plan the seamless integration of services and data systems to enhance business agility and interoperability.
■Stakeholder Collaboration and Risk Management
Collaborate with various departments to ensure that IT goals are aligned with both departmental and organizational objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system migrations to ensure business continuity throughout the process.
Work closely with IT teams to support decision-making that enhances security, scalability, and performance.
■Utilization of Latest Technologies and Continuous Improvement
Research industry trends and the latest solutions to reflect them in the IT architecture roadmap.
Document architecture plans, frameworks, and recommendations to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational policies.

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in architecture design: Over 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of aligning business strategy with IT.
・Broad IT expertise: Experience in designing and implementing both applications and infrastructure, and experience in diverse environments at IT vendors and similar organizations.
・System integration skills: Familiar with practical integration of services and data systems, and the ability to implement efficient systems.
・Experience in Architecture Design: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture (EA), with a proven track record of aligning IT functions with overall business strategies.
・Broad IT Knowledge: Extensive experience in both application and infrastructure design and implementation. Experience working across diverse IT environments, such as at an IT vendor or consultancy, is highly valued.
・System Integration Skills: Deep expertise in the practical integration of services and dat
