In the HR department, you will be primarily responsible for employee education and training, covering a wide range of tasks from supporting the formulation of educational policies to planning and managing various training programs, and introducing new educational initiatives.
In particular, we promote introductory training for new graduates, hierarchical training, education for mid-career hires, and LMS implementation to support the continuous growth of our employees.
Additionally, you will be in charge of support for new graduate recruitment, participating in university visits, scouting, recruitment events, and coordination of selection processes.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Operation of in-house training systems and planning and improvement
    of training programs; planning and operation
    of training for new graduate hires and new employees; planning and implementation
    of training for mid-career hires and hierarchical training; introduction and operation of LMS and promotion
    of English education programs; planning and implementation
    of new educational initiatives utilizing AI; support for new graduate recruitment activities such as university visits, student scouting, and recruitment events;
    support for the selection process including scheduling interviews and interviews.
  • Requirements
    University degree or higher
    , over 3
    years of main experience in education and training at business companies, support recruitment at business companies, at least
    3 years of business-level English proficiency
    , ability to communicate
    in English with overseas headquarters, foreign employees, and external partners, and proactive engagement in employee education, talent development, and recruitment
  • Preferred
    Experience as the main supervisor
    in new graduate recruitment, practical HR experience
    in payroll calculation, social insurance, labor management, and personnel systems, experience in LMS implementation and operation
