In the automotive parts industry, we are a company boasting one of the top domestic market shares in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)]. In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Level 4 autonomous driving, and we are working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.

Global environmental issues are critical challenges, and for this reason, it is necessary to rapidly advance the electrification of mobility. Power semiconductors are essential key devices for driving motors in electric vehicles. We are engaged in research and development of power semiconductors aimed at lower losses and smaller sizes.
To advance electrification, it is necessary to quickly develop power semiconductors that are good at low prices, reduce losses, and have high reliability. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze, analyze, and evaluate reliability early on the quality and failure of developed products, and to feed back them into the design and processing processes of developed products. We are seeking individuals who are eager to take on challenges and work to improve the performance and quality of power semiconductors through analysis, reliability evaluation, and technological development, leading global electrification and creating added value in new mobility.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Analysis, analysis, reliability evaluation, and technology development of power semiconductors and power modules for inverters for electric vehicles

    ・Analysis and analysis of power semiconductors and power modules

    (Shape, thickness, concentration, failure analysis, etc.)

    ・Analysis and development of analysis technologies for power semiconductors and power modules

    (Development of new analytical methods such as visualization and accuracy improvement)

    ・Reliability evaluation work for power semiconductors and power modules

    (Various reliability test items such as temperature cycling and current evaluation)

    ・Development of reliability evaluation technologies for power semiconductors and power modules

    (Development of new evaluation and reliability assessment technologies considering vehicle usage)
