Automotive Business Division CX Director

You will handle everything from identifying customer management issues to driving business transformation, product delivery, and on-site change management.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Stakeholder Management | Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders such as management, division heads, on-site users, and domestic and overseas subsidiaries.
    Promote Business Transformation Directly Linked to P/L | Structurally understand challenges in each department, including design, procurement, production technology, production, and quality, and drive business transformation directly linked to customer P/L.
    Production Preparation Lead Time Shortening Project | Redesign information linkage from process design to mass production startup to structurally resolve bottlenecks in the prototyping and mass production transition phases.
    Contribution to Product Delivery and New Products | Responsible for delivery in collaboration with the Product Department and also contribute to requirements definition for new products for the automotive industry.
    Maximizing NRR | Collaborate with the Sales Department to maximize NRR through upsell and cross-selling. At the individual's request, it is also possible to lead global expansion to overseas affiliates.
    Team Management | Have a few members in the Customer Success department, autonomously drive customer business transformation with limited involvement from a supervisor.
  • Requirements
    Experience as an owner in driving
    business transformation projects that deliver value ranging from hundreds of millions to billions of yen. Experience
    in driving complex stakeholder management in large corporations as an owner. Experience
    presenting or proposing to executives and division heads. *Experience in the automotive industry is not required. If you have a passionate desire to take on challenges to transform the industry and experience leading complex business projects, you can catch up
  • Preferred
    Experience
    in product delivery and requirements definition, work experience
    in manufacturing (especially the automotive industry), experience implementing
    manufacturing solutions (especially automotive, etc.) (PLM, CAD, SCM, etc.), experience as a manager or above
    at consulting firms, experience in customer success at SaaS and AI product companies.
