This position is responsible for improving the quality of vehicle functions directly experienced by customers through evaluation and quality development of in-vehicle UX/UI and connected systems. We will be responsible for a wide range of functions, from planning evaluation plans to defect analysis and proposing improvements, covering navigation, displays, telematics, smartphone connectivity, and more. By working across vehicles, hardware, software, and cloud, we collaborate with global teams to create next-generation user experiences

- Responsibilities
- Depending on the assigned team and system in charge, the main responsibilities are as follows:
・Evaluation
of functions, performance, productability, and reliability such as navigation, telematics, meters, displays, smartphone integration, etc.; Planning
evaluation conditions, test content, and experimental methods based on UX/UI and customer perspective; System evaluation combining actual vehicles, actual parts, software, and cloud;
analysis of phenomena during driving tests and defects; formulation of cause hypotheses; Countermeasures and
feedback to
design and development departments based on evaluation results; Technical discussions with overseas development bases and domestic and international suppliers; project promotion based on consensus
; and project promotion based on quality, schedule, and technical constraints
; evaluation environments and business process improvements
utilizing AI, data analysis, test automation, etc. In the selection process, we will consider suitable areas while listening to past experiences and future preferences.

After joining, you will learn the systems and development processes you are responsible for according to your experience, while also handling evaluation planning, experiments, result analysis, and defect analysis.
Afterwards, you are expected to design evaluation conditions and experimental methods yourself and proactively promote your assigned themes in collaboration with overseas members and suppliers.

- Requirements
- Applicants must meet the following conditions 1~4.
(1) Experience in development, evaluation, testing, quality assurance, or defect analysis
in any of the following products/services, including automobiles, in-vehicle systems, electronic components
, home appliances, AV equipment, information devices
, software, IT services, web services
, industrial equipment, medical devices, etc., combining hardware and software for
products and software. *Experience in the automotive industry is not required.
(2) Experience not only following established procedures but also solving problems while thinking independently, or willingness
to take on such roles in the future. (3) A willingness
to learn and grow by trying new technologies, phenomena, or work on their own. (4) A mindset and communication
skills that can understand and collaborate with people from different positions, expertise, and cultural backgrounds. ・TOEIC: English proficiency around
600 or equivalent *Rather than fluency in English, emphasis is placed on understanding others and trying to convey your own ideas.

・Experience in evaluating vehicles, in-vehicle systems, and electronic components, driving experiments
, experience in
HMI, UX/UI, and connected services ・Experience
in cross-hardware and software defect analysis, setting evaluation conditions, test plans, and quality standards
・Leading
teams or projects ・Experience collaborating
in real time with overseas members and overseas suppliers ・Supplier management
experience ・Experience
in business improvement using AI, data analysis, test automation, and DX ・Experience creating
business tools or automation environments using Python and similar tools ・TOEIC: around 730 or equivalent English proficiency
