Head of Corporate IT (Department Launch) | Candidate for Corporate IT Lead

In the medium to long term, we aim to establish a solid position in this field and grow into a leading company in Asia.

With an eye toward listing, this is a candidate position for corporate IT head, where you will be responsible for everything from concept to execution together with management, in order to establish a solid IT infrastructure and management system.
You will begin by cross-checking existing rules, tools, accounts, devices, and business workflows, visualizing the current situation and risks, and then creating an improvement roadmap together with management based on the company's growth and IPO preparations, advancing improvements starting with high-priority issues. You will understand the status of account/permission management, device management, and SaaS management, establish a system where necessary IT controls function continuously, and work on automating and standardizing daily tasks such as onboarding and removal, kitting, and help desks.
Rather than making controls an objective, you will establish an IT environment that balances business productivity and speed, enabling efficient operation even with a small team.
