Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    (1) Affiliation Organization: Development Domain, Business Overview, Role within R&D, and Position
    We are expanding connected technologies that connect with cloud and smartphones to provide a wide variety of services to in-vehicle customers in order to realize SDV.
    This position allows you to take on the challenge of creating new value unique to Nissan Motor Company, "Creating from Zero from One," and also grows individually, with the prospect of advancing to specialist or manager roles in the future.
    You are expected to be assigned to one of the following assigned tasks.

    - Design and functional
    development of in-vehicle audio systems/components targeting the global market - Technology development and strategy formulation for next-generation in-vehicle audio systems/components

    (2) Specific job content, expected roles and positions inside and outside the department,
    and to realize SDV, we develop connected technology in-vehicle systems that connect with the cloud and smartphones to provide a wide variety of services to in-car customers.
    (1) Responsible development areas, business overview, and roles within R&D and positions
    of the affiliated organization As a developer of in-vehicle car audio components/systems/functions targeting the global market, I am responsible for the following:
    (1) Executing next-generation technology development and formulating
    strategies for car audio systems/components in anticipation of changes in the social environment and technological trends (2) Providing customers with new value experiences using in-car "sound," and proposing and mass-producing
    new audio functions linked with in-car HMI (3) Timely and steady application
    of multiple audio systems/components to global vehicle models The parts handled are as follows
    - audio-related parts such as in-car speakers and amplifiers

    (3) Workplace Environment Work Style (Membership and Atmosphere)
    This is a team of about 20 people, with a high proportion of mid-career hires. We are responsible for mass production development, early development, audio strategy, and more, and the workplace is a department with a lively atmosphere of discussion. This department offers many opportunities for communication not only with related departments within the company but also with overseas bases and suppliers.
  • Requirements
    Must have one of the following experiences (AND is not required),
    experience in hardware or software development
    related to audio, or experience in hardware and software development
    for other automotive or household industrial products, or experience in electronic and electrical work, and project management experience
    . TOEIC: 600 or higher
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in the automotive industry
    ・Practical experience in sales-related roles (sales or sales planning) in addition to product planning
    ・Experience interacting with foreign vendors
    TOEIC: 650 points or higher
