We are responsible for developing strategies for next-generation autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), leading cross-vehicle adoption of driver assistance and preventive safety technologies. Leveraging expertise in autonomous driving, ADAS, vehicle development, product planning, technology strategy, and project management, collaborate with advanced development and product planning departments to formulate functional concepts and recruitment strategies with an eye toward future mobility. Involved from the planning phase of cutting-edge technologies, this is a highly influential position where you can shape the direction of next-generation vehicles deployed in the global market.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ① Mission of the Department and This Position
    To achieve 90% AIDV adoption, formulate a cross-model adoption strategy for next-generation ProPilot and other driver-assistance and preventive safety features

    ② Specific Job Responsibilities
    ・Collaborate with the Advanced Development Department to develop functional concepts for next-generation systems
    ・In consultation with the Product Planning Department, formulate proposals for cross-model adoption strategies and present them internally
    ・Characterized by a broad and strong internal network, rich diversity, and a fast-paced environment, as it brings together experts from various industries
  • Requirements
    ・At least 3 years of development or product planning experience in manufacturing.
    ・English proficiency sufficient to communicate via email and prepare materials (TOEIC level is listed separately)
    ・Experience managing teams with multiple members
    ・TOEIC: 600 or higher
  • Preferred
    ・Candidates with development or product planning experience in the automotive industry.
    ・Candidates with experience in external communications.
    ・Experience in the automotive industry.
    ・TOEIC: 730 points or higher.


    ・Candidates who persistently carry out projects and strive to see them through to completion.
    ・Someone who can think and act independently and proactively tackle new tasks
    ・Someone who can adapt flexibly to changes in the environment and improve themselves and their work through the PDCA cycle
