In the automotive parts industry, we are a company boasting one of the top domestic market shares in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-in-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)]. In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting public road demonstration experiments for Level 4 autonomous driving, and are working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.
You will be involved in production management operations for electronic control products (ECUs) that support the electrification and intelligence of mobility. We expect you to work not only on practical production management tasks but also on optimizing the global supply chain by involving numerous internal and external stakeholders (technology, planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, overseas bases, suppliers).
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Parts Procurement and Supply-Demand Management: Supply-demand management that balances the stable supply of over 10,000 parts with inventory optimization
・Developing parts ordering plans for suppliers (approximately 150 companies)
・Promoting inventory management optimization initiatives
・Coordinating delivery schedules with electronic parts suppliers
・Adjusting supply and demand during production fluctuations and implementing various measures when suppliers face supply shortages
・Supporting new product launches
・Developing inventory strategies for spare parts and service parts
■ Ordering and Receiving Parts for Overseas Locations, and Promotion of Global SCM Operations: Ordering and receiving parts for overseas locations
・Developing supply plans for overseas locations
・Global parts supply planning
・Coordination with suppliers located in Japan
・Supply and demand coordination with overseas locations
・Activities to reduce transportation lead times
■ Production planning and production control for finished products: Controlling
production activities based on customer (automaker) demand, formulating
optimal production plans, managing production progress and delivery
progress, managing new product launches, responding to
customer delivery events, considering
process layouts, and managing switchovers
during design changes. ■ DX in production management and promotion of business reform: Promotion
of improvement activities to advance production management and logistics operations, business process reform
, digitalization
, advanced decision-making
through data utilization, construction of analysis platforms
utilizing Power BI, and standardization of production management operations.

- Requirements
- ・Experience
in production management in manufacturing ・Experience in order and outsourcing and supply-demand management
of electronic components ・Experience in supply chain management (SCM)
・Experience in procurement planning and material management

in production management in the automotive parts, electronic devices, and electrical/electronic components industries ・Experience in order and placement of multi-product and electronic components, inventory management

in business improvement using Power BI, Excel VBA, etc., ・Experience
