We are seeking a skilled CPU Architect to define and develop CPU chiplets for multi-die networking and high performance computing (HPC) projects. This role will include CPU design specification, architecture, microarchitecture design, and working primarily with international customers (USA) and closely with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Lead and mentor design and implementation teams
    -Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate within a multicultural, geographically dispersed organization
    -Work with customers to coordinate and finalize specifications
    -Work closely with design, verification and implementation teams during project execution
    -ARM Neoverse CPU cores, caches and interconnect architecture, debugging and tracing, clocking, latency analysis, and applying deep knowledge of performance optimization
    ▪ Leveraging deep understanding of on-chip buses such as CHI and AXI
    ▪ PHY and PCS layers, management protocols, clocking, power modes, Leverage expertise in PCIe and CXL, including management protocols, clocks, power modes, compatibility, commonly used IP
    Demonstrate expertise in DDR and LPDDR, DIMMs, PHY and controller IP, clocks, power modes, high-speed challenges
    Apply knowledge of UCIe standards, advanced packaging, 3D technologies Apply knowledge
    ▪ Develop and optimize multi-core and multi-chiplet processing algorithms
    ▪ Define CPU chiplet specifications, architecture, and microarchitecture for multi-die networking and HPC projects
  • Requirements
    -Experience in architecture, design, implementation, launch, and customer support of ARM, Neoverse, CPU or AI products
    -Chiplet experience including server CPUs, DPUs, PCIe or CXL hosts or devices, AI accelerators
    -Lead design and implementation teams Experience leading or mentoring design and implementation teams
    ・Business level English proficiency *No TOEIC(R) test or other score restrictions. Practical English conversation skills will be emphasized.
