This role is responsible for driving corporate planning operations to maximize corporate value and managing domestic and international projects including new business. This role is responsible for the management of domestic and international projects, including new businesses and the promotion of corporate planning activities to maximize corporate value. Main responsibilities include management of overseas affiliates (budgeting, analysis, progress monitoring), identification of issues and implementation of strategies in overseas operations, and consideration of business models (establishment of local subsidiaries, alliances, M&A, distributor sales, etc.). In addition, we support group companies by researching overseas markets, distribution, and competition; selecting local partners; and preparing, operating, and interpreting materials for management meetings and board of directors meetings. In addition, the position will also be responsible for drafting and concluding English-language contracts, planning, researching, and analyzing new business, and planning and promoting various cross-organizational projects.

  • Responsibilities
    Management of overseas affiliated companies (budgeting, analysis, monitoring progress, etc.)

    ・Support for group companies (overseas market, distribution, competition surveys, selection of local partners, etc.)

  • Requirements
