As an IATF 16949 Auditor, you will assess the compliance of automotive and parts manufacturers with certification standards and internal rules.

In this role you will need to build strong relationships with cliens through proactive engagement, objectively assess client situations and provide clear feedback through identifying client needs and providing solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

- Manage and conduct IATF audit projects, including reporting.
- Deliver seminars on management system standards.
- Support customer development initiatives.
- Conduct on-site audits to evaluate quality management systems and supply chain processes, ensuring they meet standards.
- Submit audit reports to global offices for certification.
- Handle domestic and international travel for on-site audits.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
At least 4 years in design, manufacturing, management, or procurement within the automotive industry.
Minimum 2 years in quality assurance.
Certification: IATF 16949 Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification.
Language: Japanese Language: Japanese proficiency not required.
Preferred

Strong English reading and writing skills (used for reports).
