Existing platform products for BtoB As a COO candidate, you will lead the promotion and launch of existing platform products and new service businesses for BtoB together with management members. You will be responsible for the business from a horizontal perspective when you first join the company, and will eventually take on the responsibility of leading the business.

Responsibilities

Market research, competitive analysis, business strategy development
- Market trend research and analysis, competitor strategy and trend research, strategy and business plan development
- Planning and promotion from strategy to policy level

- KGI and KPI development and monitoring, project planning and execution for key business coefficients

- Project management
- Management from business analysis of existing and new businesses to planning and execution of internal and external issues - Management from planning to execution of company-wide and individual projects Organize internal and external issues from business analysis
- Management of company-wide and individual projects from planning to execution
- Negotiation with field organizations, management and stakeholders

- Development of internal business operation system
- Design and management of communication among organizations and employees
