Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Understanding existing business processes and visualizing issues
    - Examining hypotheses for improving issues
    - Executing and resolving issues
    - Defining requirements for system implementation
    - Supporting system implementation
    - Preparing materials and proposals for the above tasks

    After joining the company, you will first work with the group manager on business improvement projects and then, after assessing your suitability, you will be entrusted with a project. After that, we will determine your suitability and assign you to a specific project.
    After 6 months of employment, you will be expected to take on the responsibility of promoting multiple projects as a leader.
  • Requirements
    Requirements

    ・A person who has a mind to take on new challenges
    ・Experience in some kind of operational improvement in business or experience playing a central role in improvement projects
    ・Experience in visualizing business operations or building business flow
    ・Experience in systemization (defining requirements and creating RFPs)
    ・Experience in team management (not required) ・Experience in business improvement in the future Experience in team management (regardless of the number of team members)

    Desired human resources

    ・Experience in business improvement and the ability to drive forward with the resolution of current issues
    ・Possible future management roles in business operations and administrative operations
    ・Able to play a central role in future business operations, including training of subordinates We envision a person who can play a central role in the future management of the business, including the training of subordinates.
