All development processes are done in-house, with people selected from the "mechanical," "electrical hardware," and "software" sections to work as a team.
The design office and factory are located in the same company building, so you can actually see the equipment and give feedback to the design team.
In addition, you can be involved in a wide range of activities, from generating ideas to setting up the equipment at the customer's factory, so you can work while feeling close to the manufacturing process.
In the fast-growing semiconductor market, you will be involved in the promotion of DX (Digital Transformation) such as 5G, IoT, and AI as a design engineer.
We will design optional functions that are not included in the platform to meet individual user requirements.
You will collaborate with the team to design for the project.

Job Description

Responsibilities

■Development and design of mechanism (mechanical) of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
・Mechanical design of press and transfer section of molding equipment
(CAD experience: 2D/3D)
・Structural analysis, experiment and verification of mechanical elements
・Product benchmarking and preparation of development specifications

■Production design work of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
・Development of additional OPTION (mechanical mechanism design) in response to user requirements OPTIONAdditional design (mechanical mechanism design)
(Experience in using CAD: 2D/3D)

As you gain proficiency in your work, you will be involved in high volume work such as new element development and equipment development.
Requirements

2D-CAD/3D-CAD
Experience in requirement specification compilation to detailed design

Experience in 3D-CAD (SOLID WORKS)
Experience in analysis technology, physics, mathematics, and material mechanics (metals)
Business English (beginner level or above)
* English skills are required for specification discussions with users and checking manufactured products at overseas subsidiaries. English skills are required for meetings with users to discuss specifications and to check manufacturing products at overseas subsidiaries.
