A logistics startup that provides outdoor automated transport services for closed environments such as factories and logistics warehouses that have achieved Level 4 automated driving. Established through joint investment by a major manufacturer of automobiles and mobility equipment and an automated driving software developer, the company will begin mass production of automated EVs in 2022, and has already begun providing services to customers in Japan at more than 40 locations.

Furthermore, the RaaS-type service, which packages installation support service, operation management system, maintenance service, and insurance, realizes an automated transportation service that can be applied to complex outdoor environments by converting a small EV based on a golf car and an automated driving system that is basically designed for public roads. The company is expanding its organizational structure with the aim of expanding and operating its services in hundreds of locations nationwide.

This position is for an accounting and finance staff to support the rapid growth phase of the company as it expands its organization for service expansion and operation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Financial accounting (monthly closing, quarterly closing, annual non-consolidated closing, consolidated closing, etc.)
・General accounting practice (invoicing/payment processing, expense reimbursement management, bookkeeping, tax filing assistance, etc.)
・Preparation of disclosure materials (preparation of financial statements, convocation notices, annual securities reports, etc.)
・Divisional budgeting and progress management (from budgeting process)
Management accounting operations such as forecasting and actual results management
・Correspondence with audit firms (consistent responsibilities from preparation of materials to response to questions)
・Reporting to the parent company
Requirements

Experience in accounting and finance at a listed company, a company preparing for listing, or a consolidated subsidiary (more than 5 years)
・Working experience in management accounting (budgeting, forecasting and analysis) more than 3 years
・Level 2 bookkeeping or equivalent qualification
・Experience in operating ERP systems (freee, Yayoi, Oracle, etc.)
Preferred

-Experience working in the growth phase of a startup or venture company
-Experience in business automation and efficiency
-Domain knowledge of factory warehouse and logistics systems
-Experience working for a tax accounting firm or auditing firm
-Experience managing members
-Certified public accountant
